Tips

If you're seriously dissatisfied with the services of a relatively large company (such as UPS), it's best to contact their headquarters and threaten them with contacting BBB or a similar consumer organization. BBB has phone numbers and emails of headquarters of large organizations.
Best thing to do is use a credit card or write a check and make a stop payment, then you will have negotiation power.
